2024 - 2025 Curriculum Picks

Writer: Niki LavinNiki Lavin

It's that time again! Time to decided what worked and what didn't and set a plan for a new homeschool year. If you have not already read my "Planning a New Homeschool Year" post you might want to pause and check that out before you continue.

The 24 - 25 school year will be the first year will all of my children will be officially homeschool! I can't believe it. And while not much is going to change since my youngest joined most days already, it is official now. It's both exciting and a little sad. And if that isn't bad enough, we also have our first high-schooler. Eeekk!

Enough of my chatting, let's dive into what we will be using for the 2024 - 2025 Homeschool Year:

Other Resources we will use:

  • We really love Crash Course Videos for learning. They are engaging and we learn a ton. Warning: There is sometimes some mature references.

Philosophy for Kids - https://amzn.to/3WZc34C

  • We've slowly been working our way through this book. We really enjoy the food for thought and conversations it has let to in our homeschool.

  • We only made it about half way through this program last year. But we really love how beautiful it is and all the videos to learn about different instruments.

We are really excited to start another year of learning! How about you? Are you guys starting to make your choices for the upcoming school year? What will you be covering?
